The Star Culinary Institute sets a new standard for apprenticeship programs, and is dedicated to training and mentoring Australia’s next generation of amazing hospitality professionals. The Star Graduate Program
Our 12-month Graduate Program is aimed at creating a bespoke ‘fast-track’ pathway for graduates who have recently completed the minimum of an undergraduate program at a recognised university or educational institution. We currently offer two streams in either the Hospitality or Technical departments, based on your field of study. A series of rotations across the business will expose you to a world of opportunities and help you decide the direction of your future career as you:
